She is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.
Since many years she is teaching at Kunstakademie Bad Reichenhall.

Some thought about the Inner Lanscapes.

The Earth has now been almost completely conquered. However, the inner landscapes are still mysterious to us. We do not (yet) connect the inner world with concrete action. There is still little terminology, little language for the laws of the inner world. On the outside, we act interindividually, interterminologically – that is, we refer to each other. Inner consensus, on the other hand, is taboo. If the true impact of the connectivity was to become visible, we would be austonished, filled with awe and somehow shocked as well. Our human understanding of being is now largely based on the awareness that we are separate and distinct and can only approach each other through external agreements. But this does not correspond to the logic of the inner space. This is currently still a dark cave. Only some dare to dive into this seemingly dark and lawless reality. We have to enter blindly, because only a few data are available. Trusting the feeling. Connecting levels. Making the soul space accessible. Going in again and again offensively and strategically.

Perceiving the feeling of “I-want-more-of-it”, loving the fullness of being alive, letting oneself be guided by this love.

The universe does not exist “out there,” independent of us. We are inescapably involved in bringing about that which appears to be happening. We are not only observers. We are participators. In some strange sense, this is a participatory universe.
